RightFit is a Romanian recruitment agency that emphasizes innovation and unique recruitment channels. We built the personal brand of Managing Partner Ioana Petrea.
We targeted Romania’s main media channels, including business and general press as well as leading television stations. We established regular segments with recurring appearances twice a week for 12 months on Romania’s highest-rated TV station, PRO TV, during the morning show “Vorbeste Lumea”.
Additionally, we created an internal segment on YouTube, “5 minutes with Ioana,” which boosted the client’s online visibility.
